Terms and Conditions


  • These Regulations defines the rules of the DUHLA on-line store, terms and conditions enabling concluding the sale contract and realization of individual projects.
  • The Duhla brand, apart from the original authorial designs, distinguishes itself by a friendly and open approach to their customers. The shop is set up to a courteous, honest and fair cooperation and as a result, the similar approach is also appreciated from its current and future business partners.


  • Registration is free and voluntary. In order to register, the customer should complete a registration form. It is necessary to provide information such as: an active e-mail address and password.
  • After registering, an activation link will be sent to the e-mail address given by the customer. Clicking the activation link completes the registration process of the customer and confirms the veracity of the data provided on the registration form. Finally, after registration, an individual client account is created.


  • In order to purchase, first of all, the client is asked to register or sign in the store and then to place an order correctly by providing a complete address, telephone number, email address, model and size of clothes. After placing an order the customer will receive an order confirmation e-mail.
  • The sale contract becomes binding at the time of receipt by the customer the e-mail message concerning order execution.
  • If the customer’s address data raises any objectively justified doubts concerning to its accuracy or consistency which cannot be solved through telephone or e-mail contact, the Duhla shop reserves the right to refuse realization such an order.
  • Orders may be placed 24 hours a day on all the days of the year. Orders placed on public holidays shall be processed on the first working day following the date of order submittal.
  • If the items covered by the order are unavailable, the customer will be informed about the order status (partial completion, extension of the completion time, cancelation of the order in part or in full).
  • All the prices listed at the boutique include VAT.
  • The payment period shall be 3 days starting from the moment of order placing.
  • Designs can be ordered to one’s own, individual custom dimensions. In the event of ordering clothes to custom dimensions (not listed in the size table available at the shop), it will be necessary to specify correct dimensions. Completion time for this type of orders shall be extended and normally takes about 14 days. Such orders are more expensive and are priced individually according to customer requirements, and will not be refunded or exchanged. Individual orders are accepted for execution after the final approval of the project, price and time of execution by the client.


  • All prices shown on the website of the store are given in Polish Zloty, Euro or US dollar and include VAT. Prices do not include delivery costs, which are given during the order process before its final acceptance by the client.
  • The client can pay as follows:
    - Bank account - within 3 days since the day of placing the order, or
    - PayPal - within 3 days since the day of placing an order.


  • Packages are shipped from 3 to 14 working days from the receipt of payment. In general, however, orders are completed immediately after the payment.
  • Taking into account that the Duhla brand is not mass production, it should be remembered that in periods of intensive sales, it can happen that execution of orders may take longer due to inventory shortages or additional sewing. About the existing exceptional circumstances, the customer will be immediately informed by e-mail.
  • The Polish consignments are carried by the courier company or the Polish Post. The cost of delivery in Poland amounts 8,99 PLN in case of the Polish Post or 13,99 PLN in case of the courier company. Shipment to other countries are realized through the Polish Post. In this case, the purchase price amounts the equivalent of 50 PLN what means approx. 13,89 USD or Euro.
  • The ordered items are shipped to the address indicated in the form as the delivery address.
  • Failure to collect the shipment and the consequent return of the package to the sender shall result in charging the customer with the costs of its reshipping or termination of the contract.
  • Upon receipt of goods, firstly the customer must pay attention to the external condition of the shipment. In case of any visible package damage the customer should definitely refuse to accept the consignment. In such situation, the customer is obliged to draw up a damage report in the presence of the deliverer, who has usually appropriate damage forms and who is obliged to confirm that damage or any other shortages.
  • The damage report should include the date, time of delivery and detailed description of the damage and then it should be sent by e-mail to the Duhla shop.


  • The Customer shall have the right to exchange the purchased items for another size or model. The wish to make an exchange must be communicated by email within up to 4 days from the date of receipt of the package, while the garments must be sent back within up to 10 days from the date of receipt of the package. Failure to observe these deadlines shall constitute a basis for rejection of the exchange claim.
  • The exchange procedure shall apply only to items in perfect condition (i.e. the item may not show signs of use and must contain all the elements it was delivered with). Original box must be clean, undamaged and carefully packaged.
  • The package must contain the filled-in EXCHANGE OR COMPLAINT FORM available at the shop homepage under the bar at the bottom. The form is very important – without it the package cannot be identified which will complicate and delay the exchange procedure.
  • Failure to follow the above guidelines shall constitute a basis for rejection of the exchange claim. We make our best efforts to complete all the exchanges as quickly as possible.
  • We do not accept packages sent cash-on-delivery or without prior consultation.


  • In the event of a justified complaint, the damaged items shall be repaired or replaced with other items of full value. Should the latter be impossible (e.g. due to the items being out of stock or there being no possibility to produce them), the Boutique shall reimburse the Purchaser for the price of the product or offer them with other items available at the store to choose from.
  • The receipt, enclosed with every order, constitutes the basis for complaints. Complaints made without the receipt shall be invariably rejected.
  • Shipping costs shall be reimbursed in accordance with the pricelist of the postal service.
  • Complaints regarding the difference in terms of appearance of the ordered items as opposed to the received ones attributable to different settings of the Customer’s monitor display, in particular the difference in colours or shades, shall not constitute a basis for the return of items.
  • We do not accept packages sent cash-on-delivery or without prior consultation.


  • In case of unsettled matters, any litigation will be solved according to Polish law.
  • In case of such litigation, the court competent to solve the dispute would be the court located in the seller’s place of residence.
